Our terms and conditions define the policies and procedures we establish for the smooth operation of reservations, providing useful information and guarantees for the consumer.

The terms and conditions contained in this document apply to the relationship between the potential guest, hereinafter referred to as Client, and Quinta Dos Encantos, from the moment of the reservation request until the end of the period of stay.
In the case of situations that are not provided for in the Terms and Conditions, applicable legislation is used.
BOOKING POLICY
Reservations can be made by phone, email or through our website and reservation platforms. Reservations by telephone, email, website and other booking methods are subject to availability.
Unless otherwise specified, the minimum stay is one night.
PAYMENT POLICY
Reservations are guaranteed upon payment of 50% of the total cost of the stay, by bank transfer or cash, within 48 hours of the proposal, and proof of payment must be sent to the email (quintaencantos@gmail.com).
Failure to pay this amount by the established date automatically leads to the cancellation of the reservation.
The remaining amount will be charged in Cash, Online or Card Payment at check-in. After booking, guests will receive an email from the property with payment instructions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation cancellation is subject to the following conditions:
Up to 30 days before the check-in date, the customer will receive the full amount paid for the reservation (50% of the stay);
In the 14 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged;
If the guest does not show up on the day indicated for check-in, the amount corresponding to the first night will also be charged.
Guests already installed may interrupt their stay without the right to a refund.
It is recommended that the Customer takes out travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that could cause the cancellation of their reservation.
TERMS OF USE
Only the number of people indicated in the reservation will be entitled to use the accommodation. Temporary visits to our guests are only permitted with prior consent from management.
The client and companion(s), if applicable, must treat other guests with consideration and respect.
All damages, malfunctions and thefts associated with the Customer will be charged, and the Customer will be responsible for paying a fee corresponding to the value of the respective replacement/repair.
Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult guest at all times during their stay, and Quinta dos Encantos is not responsible for any accidents.
Quinta dos Encantos will not be responsible for personal property that may disappear within its facilities. The Customer must always close the access door to their accommodation, as well as the main gate.
In case of emergency, the Customer must call the contact details provided in the accommodation's Regulations.
ANIMALS
It is not permitted to accommodate animals at Quinta dos Encantos accommodation. The introduction, by the Customer, of animals into the accommodation, allows the management entity to inform the Customer of the obligation to leave, without refunding the amounts paid in the meantime for providing the accommodation during the contracted period of stay. (Only Guided Dogs with all necessary documentation)
NOISE/IMPROPER BEHAVIOR
For the sake of respect and understanding of the inhabitants of the area in which the accommodation is located, special attention is requested to minimize activities that may cause noise that could disturb the people in question, between 09pm and 8am.
If the behavior of the Client or any of the members of their group during the stay is considered inappropriate and likely to cause danger or disturbance to other clients or the properties, the management company reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation. In these situations, there will be no compensation or refund. The company also reserves the right to cancel future reservations for the same customer.
ACCESS TO ACCOMMODATION BY THE ACCOMMODATION MANAGEMENT ENTITY
The managing entity, or another element designated by it, will have the right to enter the accommodation, during the Customer's stay, in order to carry out work
EXTERIOR
It is necessary to keep outdoor areas clean, placing trash and cigarette butts in the appropriate places.
END OF STAY
The managing entity has the right to end the stay if the Client does not pay the amount due, as well as if the Client displays any behaviour that affects good coexistence, peace or hygiene.
The Customer may request the end of their stay at any time up to 7:30 pm, to take effect from 12 pm on the following day, with no refund of amounts paid.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Terms and Conditions regulate the Customer's stay at the Vera Graça De Sá Inglés company's accommodation.
The nullity of one or more of the previous provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by the valid provision, as close as possible to the commercial and legal intentions of the parties, or if this is not possible under current Portuguese legislation.
DATA PROTECTION
The personal data of the Customer and their companion(s), if applicable, will be stored and processed by the managing entity and service providers, in accordance with the Law, for the services requested by the Customer and for its own advertising campaigns. .
The Customer will have the right to object, at any time, to the use of personal data for advertising purposes, and must inform the managing entity. Unless otherwise legislated, the Customer's personal data must be deleted when the legal retention period ends.
